Definition of an Associate (Lexico UK dictionary):
The associates at FB Search Associates are associates in the true meaning of the word. They get involved when their expertise and knowledge is relevant to the specific search, either by sector or geography, and utilise their network to assist in finding the right talent with a specific skillset and attitude / work ethic. They are the eyes and ears on the ground. They do face to face interviews and provide the local knowledge, network and expertise needed.
The benefit of associating with experts for specific bespoke projects is that every project is seen and handled in a unique way. And that means a deeper reach into candidate communities and better local understanding and guidance.
We work remotely and our associates are based locally in the jurisdiction we cover. We are also able and experienced in recruiting top talent that are experts at working remotely – if needed. We have a tool-kit for this purpose. We believe the future holds a mix of working from a centralised office – when necessary – and working remotely, and we are convinced that productivity will increase using this model.
Between myself and my associates, we are:
Diversity goes beyond gender and colour. It is also, even perhaps more, about how you think and your general attitude towards people.
Diversity is not a box ticking exercise. It is a way of making sure all angles are covered in whatever challenge you’re facing using the diversity the world has to offer.
In my personal experience spanning 14 years of executive search, in a large majority of my successfully completed searches, female candidates were recruited into very senior roles across Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
We focus on diverse
and our results are consequently automatically diverse.
